How do I create a profile?
Click "Join Free" on the homepage, fill in your details, add photos, and complete your profile information.
How do I add photos?
Go to Edit Profile, click on any photo slot, select an image from your device, and save changes.
How do I verify my profile?
Verified badges are given to profiles with complete information and approved photos.
Matching & Chatting
How does matching work?
Swipe right on profiles you like. If they also swipe right on you, it's a match!
Why can't I send messages?
Messaging requires an active subscription. Subscribe to unlock unlimited messaging.
How do I unmatch someone?
Go to the chat, click the menu, and select "Unmatch". This will remove the conversation.
Subscription & Billing
What are the subscription plans?
We offer Weekly ($4.99), Monthly ($12.99), and Quarterly ($60) plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions don't auto-renew. You simply subscribe again when your plan expires.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We never store your card details.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team to request account deletion. We'll process it within 48 hours.
How do I report a user?
Click the "Report" button on any profile or chat to report inappropriate behavior.
